IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of Beattie Coster and Company, Limited, duly
convened and held on the 20th April, 1945, the following special
resolution was passed :—
"(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily ;
"(2) That Mr. CYRIL OSMOND SPILLER, of Christchurch,
Registered Accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company."

CREDIT ASSOCIATION, LIMITED

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of the HELENSVILLE CO-OPERATIVE RURAL INTERMEDIATE
CREDIT ASSOCIATION, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting
of the above-named Association held in the Association’s
registered office, Commercial Road, Helensville, on Tuesday, 24th
April, 1945, the following resolution was passed :—
"That the Helensville Co-operative Rural Intermediate Credit
Association, Limited, be wound up voluntarily, and that HENRY
JAMES CLAUD HAINES, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator."
All persons or companies having claims against the above
Association are requested to send full particulars thereof to the
undersigned on or before the 21st day of May, 1945, otherwise they
may be excluded from participation in any distribution of assets.

having been fully wound up a general meeting of the company
will be held at the offices of Messrs. J. W. K. Lawrence and Co.,
No. 154 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 29th day
of May, 1945, at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of
having before the meeting the account of the liquidator showing
the manner in which such winding-up has been conducted and the
assets of the company disposed of, and of the liquidator offering
any explanation he may wish to give.

before the meeting the account of the liquidator showing the manner
in which such winding up has been conducted and the assets of the
company disposed of, and of the liquidator offering any explanation
he may wish to give.
