Polling-places for the Hamilton Electoral District appointed
C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General
I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me
by the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
abolish all existing polling-places, and do hereby appoint the places
mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling-places in the
said Electoral District of Hamilton.

Claudelands, the Church of Christ Hall, Grey Street.
Claudelands, Government Recreation Hostel, Peachgrove Road.
Claudelands, the Masonic Hall, corner of Myrtle Street and
River Road.
Fairfield, Methodist Church Hall, Grey Street.
Fairfield, the Public School.
Frankton Junction, the Methodist Sunday-school Hall, corner
of Lyon and Massey Streets.
Frankton Junction, the Town Hall.
Frankton Junction, Railway Institute Hall (Railway Settlement).
Hamilton, the Courthouse (principal).
Hamilton, Drill Hall, Knox Street.
Hamilton, the E.P.S. Hall, Seddon Park.
Hamilton, the new Public School, Hamilton West.
Hamilton, the Public Hospital.
Hamilton, the Technical School Hall.
Hamilton East, Knox Sunday School, Albert Street.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of
April, 1945
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart
and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Ngati-
Maika hapu as a meeting-place.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this llth day of
April, 1945
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set
apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Ngati-
Tutemohuta, Ngati-Hinerau or Hineure, and Ngati-Tutetawha
hapus as a burial-ground and a place of historical interest.
