marked P.W.D. 121136, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of April, 1945

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main
Highways Board on the twentieth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :

“ The Main Highways Board, being the local authority
having the control of the Richmond–Collingwood Main High-
way in the Number 11 Main Highways District, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
western side of the portion of the said main highway fronting
the subdivision of part Section 76, District of Motueka, Block X,
Kaiteriteri Survey District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of
portion of the Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway (described
in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of road.

thereon coloured red.

County Council on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :

“ That the Waimea County Council, being the local autho-
rity having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the public road intersecting parts Sections 77 and
78 of District of Motueka, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey
District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of road
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five
feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District,
Waimea County, passing through parts Sections 77 and 78,
Motueka District, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 120384, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve
of the following resolution passed by the Southland County Council
on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-four (in so far as it affects the portion of road described in
the Schedule hereto), viz. :

“ The Southland County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Southland, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the eastern and western sides of the portion of road
fronting subdivision of Section 1, part Sections 2 and 3, and
Lot 2, D.P. 2753, being part Section 4, Block IV, Chatton
Survey District, and comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume
43, folio 61, and Volume 137, folio 20 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of road
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three
feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

District, Southland County, adjoining or passing through part
Sections 2, 3, and 4, Block IV, Chatton Survey District. As the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 120796, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose
for which it was acquired.
