A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land set apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Woodville

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood. Being Lot 14, D.P. 170, and being part Suburban Section 37, Woodville.
Situated in the Borough of Woodville (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2154, red.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121057, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1945.

Declaring Lands in the Marlborough Land District to be subject to the Provisions of Section 23 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjustment of leases and licenses to be carried into effect:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said section;
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid section twenty-three, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of gazetting hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation declaring certain Territories to be Enemy Countries for the Purpose of the Enemy Property Emergency Regulations 1939 and the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Enemy Property Emergency Regulations 1939 and the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare as follows:-

The Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-sixth day of the same month at page 2391, proclaiming and declaring certain French territories to be enemy countries for the purposes of the Enemy Property Emergency Regulations 1939 and the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939, is hereby revoked so far as it relates to the territories referred to in the First Schedule hereto.

The said Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, is hereby revoked so far as it proclaims and declares the territories described in the Second Schedule hereto to be enemy countries for the purposes of the Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations 1939, but without prejudice to the continuing effect of the said Proclamation so far as it proclaims and declares the territories referred to in the Second Schedule hereto to be enemy countries for the purposes of the Enemy Property Emergency Regulations 1939.
