HEREBY notify that in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) (b) of section 147 of the Licensing Act, 1908, and section 45 of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1910, I have appointed, as from the 1st April, 1945, the Clerk for the time being of the Magistrates' Court at Taumarunui to be the Clerk to whom shall be sent all statements of liquor sent or taken into the areas of Native land named in the Schedule hereto, such appointment being in substitution of the appointment dated 28th November, 1910, and published in the Gazette of 1st December, 1910, at page 4123.

BY direction of the Hon. Minister of Marine, it is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed-
Herbert Carrol Seccombe, of Mahurangi Heads, to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing for the purposes of Part I of the first-mentioned Act.
William Henry Thomson, of Awamangu, to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Otago Acclimatization District.
