Also all that portion of the Clutha County bounded as follows : Commencing at Trig. EE, Block XIV, Mokoreta Survey District, on the western boundary of the Clutha County ; thence in a south-easterly direction by right lines to Trig. Q and Trig. H, both in Block XI, Rimu Survey District ; thence due west by the northern boundary of Block V, Tautuku Survey District, to the north-western corner thereof; thence due south by the western boundary of the said Block V, Tautuku Survey District, to the boundary of the Clutha County ; thence due west by the said boundary of the Clutha County to a public road forming the northern boundary of Section 4, Block XIV, Waikawa Survey District ; thence in a north-westerly direction by the said public road to the boundary of the Clutha County ; thence in a northerly and westerly direction generally by the said boundary of the Clutha County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1913, page 451, to the point of commencement.

Also all that portion of Lake County bounded as follows : Commencing at Eyre Peak on the boundary of the Lake County ; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 438 and 6 to symmetry peaks ; thence in a north-easterly direction by a right line to Mount Dick ; thence in a south-easterly direction by a right line to Trig. L, Block V, Kingston Survey District ; thence in a south-easterly direction by a right line to Trig. G, Blocks I and VIII, Kingston Survey District, on the boundary of the Lake County ; thence in a south-westerly, north-easterly, and north-westerly direction by the said boundary of the Lake County, as described in the First Schedule of the Counties Act, 1876, to the point of commencement.

Also all that portion of the Lake County bounded as follows : Commencing at Mount Anau on the boundary of the Lake County ; thence by the summit of the watershed between the Hollyford River and the Eglinton River, and by the summit of the watershed between the Eglinton River and the McKellar Branch of the Greenstone River to David Peaks ; thence in a south-easterly direction by a right line to Round Peaks on the boundary of the Lake County ; thence in a westerly and northerly direction generally by the boundary of the Lake County, as described in the First Schedule to the Counties Act, 1876, to the point of commencement.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121071, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

Declaring Number of Members and apportioning Representation on the Southland Catchment Board

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 2lst day of March, 1945

Present :

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the Southland Catchment Board shall consist of nine elective members and five non-elective members, and that the number of such elective members to be representative of each separate constituent district or combined district within the Catchment District on the said Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district or group of names of constituent districts comprising a combined district, and doth further declare that each group of constituent districts the names of which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto is hereby constituted a combined district for the purposes of the said Act, and that the principal local authority of each such combined district shall be the local authority of the district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)".

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for housing purposes.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of that month appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Purangi Domain, and doth hereby appoint

The Inglewood County Council

to be the Purangi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, at half past ten o'clock a.m., as the time when, and the County Office, Inglewood, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
