Triennial Election of Members of Teachers’ Superannuation Board

Wellington, 26th February, 1945.

IN pursuance of regulations made under the Public Service Superannuation Act, 1927, I hereby certify that for the triennial election of members of the Teachers’ Superannuation Board constituted by the said Act the following nominations were received :—

For the North Island: John Barnett and Jack Heaton Menzies.
For the South Island: James Walter Armstrong and William John Cartwright.

As the number of persons nominated does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare that John Barnett, Jack Heaton Menzies, James Walter Armstrong, and William John Cartwright are duly elected members of the Superannuation Board.

Obstruction and Lighted Buoy removed

Previous Notice: No. 25 of 1942 hereby cancelled.

Position: Wharf, Motukorea (Browns Island). Lat., 36° 49′·6 S.; long., 174° 53′·8 E. (approx.).

Details: The obstruction which extended across Motukorea Channel from the above position and the lighted black buoy which marked the northern end of the obstruction have been removed.

Charts affected: Nos. 1970 and 1896.

Authority: Auckland Harbour Board, 21/2/45.
