A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120952, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1945.

Land taken for a Secondary School in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school subject to Grant of Drainage Easement number 66840, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school subject to Grants of Right-of-way numbers 50551 and 78590 and subject also to Grant of Drainage Right number 66840; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·2 perches.
Being part Section 595, Town of Wellington; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38·1 perches.
Being part Section 595, Town of Wellington; coloured orange.

All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21240.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a vocational training institution; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 20·7 perches.
Being Lot 75, D.P. 16442, being part Allotment 256, Waikomiti Parish.

Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of New Lynn) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33473.)
