NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder will be heard by the Native Land Court and Maori Land Board sitting at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 20th March, 1945, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court and the Board will allow.

153 New Zealand larch or Douglas fir poles, 50 ft. and 70 ft., with minimum top diameter of 4 in., acquired for use as radio masts. Tenders may be for all or any portion. Poles are located at :-

TENDER No. 48

Thirty-six second-hand typewriters, in lots of one or more—various states of repair. Available for inspection at Air Department, Museum Buildings, Wellington. Included are “Remingtons,” “Monarchs,” “Underwoods,” and “Yosts,” and also portables.

TENDER No. 49

Seventy-seven gas-producers, Government design, Type “B,” suitable for two-ton trucks or over. Whole or any number may be tendered for. May be inspected at Ministry of Supply’s Store, Aotea Quay, Wellington.

TENDER No. 50

One only Diesel marine engine, H.M.G., 55 h.p., 600 r.p.m., two cylinders, German Bosche injector. Good condition—no spares. Located at Auckland, and may be inspected on application to Naval Store Officer, Auckland.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders must be enclosed in envelopes marked “Tender No. ...” and addressed to the Secretary. Conditions of tender (to which all tenders are subject) may be obtained at the Board’s Wellington office, and at the offices of the Board’s District Executive Officers, care of Public Works Department, Auckland and Christchurch.
