ALL that portion of Landscape Road comprising the whole of the carriage-way of the said road and also the footpath and kerbing on the southern side thereof extending from St. Andrew's Road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1356 links.
All that portion of St. Andrew's Road comprising the whole of the carriage-way of the said road and also the footpath and kerbing on the western side thereof extending from the southern side of Selwyn Road to the northern side of Landscape Road, a distance of approximately 571 links.
All that portion of Selwyn Road comprising the whole of the carriage-way and also the footpath and kerbing on the southern side thereof and extending from St. Andrew's Road in an easterly direction to a point 162 links past the eastern corner of Coronation Road.
All that portion of Selwyn Road aforesaid comprising the footpath and kerbing on the southern side thereof and extending from The Drive in a westerly direction, a distance of approximately 1038 links.
All that portion of The Drive comprising the footpath and kerbing on the eastern side of The Drive extending from Selwyn Road in a northerly direction, a distance of approximately 1659 links.

Officers authorized to take and receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Appointment of Members of Central Milk Council under the Milk Act, 1944

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Milk Act, 1944, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint—
Melville Edwin Lyons, Secretary, of Christchurch (representing the Municipal Association of New Zealand, Incorporated),
Keith Kirkbride Montgomerie, Farmer, of Mangere, Auckland, in the North Island (representing town milk-producers),
Clarence James McFadden, Farmer, of Christchurch, in the South Island (representing town milk-producers),
Dr. Muriel Bell, Nutritionist, of Dunedin (representative of the interests of women and children), and
Harry Ernest Combs, Member of Parliament, of Wellington,
to be members of the Central Milk Council for a term of three years commencing on the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

VARIATION IN RANK
N.Z. Artillery
Lieutenant-Colonel W. S. McKinnon (R.N.Z.A.) ceases to be seconded to the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force (United Kingdom), and on transfer to the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force (Middle East) relinquishes the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, assumes the rank of Major, and remains seconded. Dated 1st December, 1944.
RELINQUISHMENT OF TEMPORARY RANK

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) K. J. D. McCorkindale (N.Z.S.C.) ceases to be seconded to the 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force (United Kingdom), and on transfer to the 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force (Middle East) relinquishes the temporary rank of Captain, and remains seconded. Dated 2nd December, 1944.
