IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Tapawera Memorial Park Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Druids’ Hall, Tapawera, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 28·4 perches, more or less, being Lot 19 on Plan 2610, part Section 72, Upper Motueka District, Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 69, folio 187 (Nelson Registry). As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1124, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Dargaville Fire Board, of Dargaville (hereinafter called “the Board,” which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Dargaville, Wairoa River, Kaipara, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 4736 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a fire-brigade station as shown on the said plan, such license to be held and enjoyed by the Board upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS
- THIS license is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The annual sum payable by the Board shall be one shilling (1s.), payable on demand.
- The term of the license shall be for five years from the 5th day of February, 1945.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Ohinemuri County Council (hereinafter called “the Council,” which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Kaimanawa, Waihou River, as shown on approved plans marked M.D. 4666 and 4733 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf and shed as shown on the said plans, such license to be held and enjoyed by the Council upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- THIS license is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The annual sum payable by the Council shall be one shilling (1s.), payable on demand.
- The term of the license shall be fourteen years from the 1st February, 1945.
- The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved of by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Tauranga Borough Council, of Tauranga (hereinafter called “the Council,” which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the land below low-water mark in Tauranga Harbour, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 6877 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon baths as shown on the said plan, such license to be held and enjoyed by the Council upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by section six, subsection four, of the Coal-mines Amendment Act, 1936, it is provided that every rescue-station established in accordance with section six of the said Act shall be established in respect of an area to be defined by the Minister of Mines by notice published in the Gazette:
And whereas by section six, subsection five, of the said Act it is provided that for the purpose of recouping the cost of the establishment and maintenance of any such rescue-station, the Governor-General, by Order in Council, may from time to time impose levies on the owners of coal-mines situated within the area defined in respect of such rescue-station not exceeding in respect of any mine for any year a levy computed at the rate of one penny for every ton or part of a ton of marketable coal raised from the mine during the preceding year ended on the thirty first day of December:
