The South-western Side of Portion of Torquay Street, the Southern Side of Portion of Exmouth Street, and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Exeter Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to Building-lines

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 31st day of January, 1945
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :—
“ That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of Torquay Street, the southern side of portion of Exmouth Street, and the north-eastern side of portion of Exeter Street, fronting Allotment 74, Block I, Township of Abbotshill ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Torquay Street or the southern side of the portion of Exmouth Street or the north-eastern side of portion of Exeter Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Torquay Street, fronting Lot 74, Block I, Deeds Plan 140, Township of Abbotshill, being part Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri District.
Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Exmouth Street, fronting Lot 74, Block I, Deeds Plan 140, Township of Abbotshill, being part Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri District.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Exeter Street, fronting Lot 74, Block I, Deeds Plan 140, Township of Abbotshill, being part Section 38, Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120673, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Richmond Borough Council on the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :—
“ The Richmond Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Richmond, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western side of portion of Wesley Street and the north-eastern side of portion of Oxford Street, fronting subdivision of Part 5 of Section 26, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, C.T. 68/120 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Wesley Street (described in the Schedule hereto) or the north-eastern side of the portion of Oxford Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known as Wesley Street, fronting Part 5 of Section 26, Waimea East District, Block VII, Waimea Survey District.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Oxford Street, fronting Part 5 of Section 26, Waimea East District, Block VII, Waimea Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120252, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the portion of Shetland Street adjoining Lots 18, 20, and 22, D.P. 23, Township of Anderson, such land being comprised and described in Certificates of Titles 49/198 and 19/289 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Shetland Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz. :—
“ The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of the said highway, known as Queen Street, fronting Part 5 of Section 26, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway (Queen Street) (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
