the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, has appointed

to be Directors of the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand,
to hold office during pleasure, such appointment to take effect on

Appointing Person to regulate and control the Traffic and Navigation on the Waikato River
Marine Department,
Wellington, 10th January, 1945.
IT is hereby notified that the Hon. Minister of Marine has, in
pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred
upon him by section 196 of the Harbours Act, 1923, appointed
Herbert Francis Coddington
to regulate and control the traffic and navigation of the Waikato
River in such manner as he may deem necessary for the safety
of life and property on days on which regattas or boat-races are
held on any portion of the river mentioned.
