Notice of Intention to take Land for Housing Purposes in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Hamilton and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 acre 3 roods 13.5 perches:-
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10121, being part Allotment 243, Pukete Parish.

Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32458.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, for a Native School

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a Native school—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Taupo and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Ordered, "That the Report of the Lands Committee on Paper 189 to reserve Section 43, Block IX, Glenkenich Survey District, Otago Land District, as an endowment for primary education, be agreed to."—(On motion of the Hon. Mr. Duncan.)
