A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 15.8 perches.
Being portion of road adjoining Sections 1095 and 670.

Situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4368.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120383, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1944.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2.5 perches.
Being part Section 106, Moutere District.

Situated in Block XVI, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9367.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of an aerodrome (aeradio station); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the portion of public reserve set apart: 1 acre 3 roods 13 perches.
Being part Reserve 47, Town of Greymouth.

Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Borough of Greymouth) (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4377.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for a Postmaster's Residence in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from The Australian Mutual Provident Society and the Wanganui College Board of Trustees by Frances Mary Cecilia Wysocki, under and by virtue of Lease Registered Number 17346 (Leasehold Certificate, Volume 380, folio 20), Wellington Registry, for a term of twenty-one years from the twenty-ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, is hereby taken for a postmaster's residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which a leasehold estate or interest is taken: 31.32 perches.
Being Lot 9 on Deeds Plan 379, being part Wanganui Industrial School Reserve (City of Wanganui). (S.O. 21217.)
