upon me by the Waikato Coal-mines Control Emergency Regu-
lations 1942, I, Patrick Charles Webb, Minister of Mines, do hereby

Percy Moston Outhwaite, Mine-manager,
to be members of the Waikato Coal-mines Control Board, vice Tom

PURSUANT to section 28 of the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, it is
hereby notified that every owner of property to whom sub-
section (2) of the said section applies shall transmit to the Fire
Boards concerned, on or before the 28th day of February, 1945, a
return showing the total amount of premiums paid in respect of fire
insurance by that owner for the year ended 31st December, 1944.
