Additional Land taken for a Post-office in Block IX, Pareora Survey District
[L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38·4 perches.
Being part Section 14, Cave Village (Rosewill Settlement).
Situated in Block IX, Pareora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120184, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio receiving-station); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Thomas Alfred Fleetwood, of Hamilton, Bootmaker, under and by virtue of a lease under the Hamilton Domains Act, 1911, dated the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, is hereby taken for defence purposes.
