Pursuant to section 10 of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, and to Regulation 6 of the Industrial Efficiency (Footwear) Regulations 1941, I, Arnold Henry Nordmeyer, acting for the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby appoint Richard Arthur Moore, Factory-manager and Secretary, care of J. W. Moore and Son, Ltd., Auckland, to be a member of the Footwear Plan Industrial Committee appointed by notice dated 17th day of April, 1941, in lieu of E. G. Bridgens, deceased.
