NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder will be heard by the Native Land Court and Maori Land Board sitting at Whangarei on Tuesday, the 5th December, 1944, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court and the Board will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that, unless sufficient cause to the contrary be shown within one month from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereunto will be struck off the Register.
