The North-eastern Side of Portion of Dalry Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1944
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz.:—
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the portions of Dalry Street adjoining part D.P. 2128 and Lot 330, Deeds Plan 253, Glen Estate, being part Section 93, Block VI, Town District, such land being comprised and described in Certificates of Title 161/233 and 262/283 Ltd.";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of portion of Dalry Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE
The north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Dalry Street, fronting part Glen Estate, being part Lot 329, D.P. 2128, and Lot 330, Deeds Plan 253, and being part Section 93, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120214, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Park Terrace and the Western Side of Portion of Opawa Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1944
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, in so far as it affects the portions and sides of streets described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—
"The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of Park Terrace, western side of Opawa Street fronting Subdivision of Lot 34 of Section 46, Opawa, and Part 46, Opawa, Borough of Blenheim, and contained in the Certificate of Title, Volume 39, folio 75";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Park Terrace or the western side of the portion of Opawa Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Park Terrace, fronting Lot 34 of Section 46, District of Opawa.
Also the western side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Opawa Street, fronting Lot 34 of Section 46 and part of Section 46, District of Opawa.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120259, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Maude's Road, in the County of Waitaki, exempted from the Provisions of Sections 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1944
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, the side and portion of road affected by the resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—
"The Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads within the County of Waitaki, hereby resolves, pursuant to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, that the provisions of that section shall not apply to the following portion of road within the said country, namely: That side of that portion of the road, known as Maude's Road, abutting on the western boundary of part Allotment 10 on plan of part of the Awamo Estate, deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Dunedin as number 1617, being also part of Sections 34 and 35, Block 4, on the Record Map of the Oamaru District, and being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 136, folio 4, of which said part Allotment 10 aforesaid one John Corcoran, of Oamaru, Farmer, is at present registered as proprietor";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Maude's Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, known as Maude's Road, fronting part Lot 10 on D.P. 1617, Awamoa Estate, Block IV, District of Oamaru. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119921, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as South Street, fronting Lots 166, 167, 168, and 169 of Section 46, Opawa District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120239, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
