As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120334, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red and marked Cook County (Sheet 1), Uawa County (Sheet 2), Waikohu County (Sheet 3), and Waiapu County (Sheet 4).

Declaring Number of Members and apportioning Representation on the Poverty Bay Catchment Board

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1944 Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the Poverty Bay Catchment Board shall consist of ten elective members and five non-elective members, and that the number of such elective members to be representative of each separate constituent district within the Catchment District on the said Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

Declaring Road in Block XIV, Waipakura Survey District, to be Government Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1944 Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
