of the Dairy Factory Managers’ Regulations 1941, I, Benjamin
Roberts, Minister of Agriculture, hereby appoint :—

(1) On the recommendation of the New Zealand Dairy Factory
    Managers’ Association—
        Walter Linton, Esquire,
    being a member of the said association ;
(2) On the recommendation of the New Zealand Dairy Board—
        William Ernest Scott, Esquire,
    being a dairy company director ;
(3) On the recommendation of the Board of Governors of the
    Massey Agricultural College—
        Professor William Riddet,
    being a member of the staff of the Massey Agricultural
