A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:—

0 0 9·4 Part Lot 21, D.P. 8358, and being part Allotment 8, Parish of Opaheke; coloured yellow.
0 0 9·6 Part Lot 22, D.P. 8358, and being part Allotment 8, Parish of Opaheke; coloured blue.
0 0 18·4 Plantation Reserve on D.P. 18831, and being part Allotment 8, Parish of Opaheke; coloured red.

Situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District (Borough of Papakura) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32791.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119946, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of October, 1944.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 8·4 perches.
Being part of Section 53; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 25·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 53; coloured green.

Situated in Block XIII, Ngaere Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7884.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119691, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of October, 1944.
