The County of Raglan, with the boundaries as defined in the
New Zealand Statutes, 1921–22, No. 64, at page 610.

The County of Waikato, with the boundaries as defined in the
Gazette of the 3rd August, 1939, Vol. II, at page 2115,
and including the boroughs of Cambridge, Hamilton,
Huntly, and Ngaruawahia, and the Town District of
Te Kauwhata.

The County of Piako, with the boundaries as defined in the
Gazette of the 26th April, 1928, Vol. I, at page 1173, and
including the boroughs of Morrinsville and Te Aroha.

The County of Waipa, with the boundaries as defined in the
Gazette of the 24th September, 1936, Vol. III, at page 1791,
and including the Borough of Te Awamutu and the town
districts of Leamington, Ohaupo, and Kihikihi.

The County of Otorohanga, with the boundaries as defined in
the Gazette of the 29th April, 1926, Vol. I, at page 1097,
and including the Town District of Otorohanga.

The County of Kawhia, with the boundaries as defined in the
New Zealand Statutes, 1921–22, No. 64, at page 609, and
Town District of Kawhia.

The County of Waitomo and that portion of the Clifton County
north of the Mohakatino River, with the boundaries as
defined in the Gazette of the 25th May, 1939, Vol. II, at
page 1535, and including the Borough of Te Kuiti.

4. The Bay of Plenty Provincial Patriotic District

All that area comprising—
The County of Matamata, with the boundaries as defined in
the Gazette of the 1st April, 1914, Vol. I, at page 1333,
including the Borough of Matamata and the Town District
of Putaruru.

The County of Rotorua, with the boundaries as defined in the
New Zealand Statutes, 1886, Part II, 6 (3), at page 315,
including the Borough of Rotorua.

The County of Whakatane, with the boundaries as defined in
the Gazette of the 31st October, 1940, Vol. III, at page 2781,
and including the Borough of Whakatane.

The County of Opotiki, with the boundaries as defined in the
Gazette of the 21st October, 1915, Vol. II, at page 3547,
including the Borough of Opotiki.

Fixing Date on which certain Returns under the Fire Brigades Act,
1926, are to be furnished to the Carterton Fire Board

Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 14th September, 1944.

PURSUANT to section 28 of the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, it is
hereby notified that the returns showing the total gross amount
of the premiums received by or due to fire-insurance companies
during the year ended 31st December, 1943, in respect of insurances
held by such companies within the Carterton Fire District shall be
transmitted to the Carterton Fire Board in the manner prescribed by
the said section on or before the 31st day of October, 1944.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of
Declaration Extending Application of Part IV

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 19
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the
declaration published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 51 of the
8th July, 1943, extending the application of Part IV of the said
regulations to all persons employed in Wellington by the United
States Joint Purchasing Board.
