Fixing Date on which certain Returns under the Fire Brigades Act,
1926, are to be furnished to the Carterton Fire Board
Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 14th September, 1944.
PURSUANT to section 28 of the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, it is
hereby notified that the returns showing the total gross amount
of the premiums received by or due to fire-insurance companies
during the year ended 31st December, 1943, in respect of insurances
held by such companies within the Carterton Fire District shall be
transmitted to the Carterton Fire Board in the manner prescribed by
the said section on or before the 31st day of October, 1944.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of
Declaration Extending Application of Part IV
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 19
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the
declaration published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 51 of the
8th July, 1943, extending the application of Part IV of the said
regulations to all persons employed in Wellington by the United
States Joint Purchasing Board.
