A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1·8 perches.
Being part Rural Section 3753.
Situated in Block III, Patiti Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7485.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119873, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 25528, being part Allotment 38, Papakura Parish.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land and Easements over Land and setting apart Crown Land for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No 74 of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, at page 1019, taking land and easements over land and setting apart Crown land for public works, in so far as it affects the land described in the Second and Third Schedules thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1944.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication)

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 59 of the thirteenth day of the same month, defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication), in so far as it affects Lot 12, D.P. 9715, part Section 83, Hutt District, Block IV, Belmont Survey District, being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 484, folio 188 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—OTAHUHU BOROUGH
Lot 6, D.P. 15124, being part of a block of land situated in the Parish of Manurewa called Fairburn’s Land Claim 269A, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 217 (Auckland Registry) : Area, 30·3 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1944.

Land set apart as an Addition to a Public-school Site

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjacent to the reserve for a public-school site (Puhi Puhi), described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
Section 8, Block XV, Kaitarau Survey District : Area, 1 acre 1 rood 9 perches, more or less:

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/650F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising by the Waipawa County Council (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) of a loan of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000), to be known as “Bridges Loan, 1939”;
