SECTION 20, Block II, Jacobs River Hundred: Area, 35 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less.

Also all that area being portion of Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, Block II, and Sections 46, 47, 48, Block I, Jacobs River Hundred, containing by admeasurement 70 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 49 of said Block I three chains from high-water mark; thence towards the north by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 47 three chains from high-water mark; thence by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 28 three chains from high-water mark; thence by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 26 three chains from high-water mark; and thence by a right line to a point on a road forming the north-eastern boundary of said Section 22 eight chains from high-water mark; thence towards the north-east by the aforesaid road to high-water mark; towards the south by the high-water mark of Foveaux Strait; and towards the west by Section 49 aforesaid to the starting-point.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 9 acres 0 roods 2-4 perches, more or less, situated in the Town of Waimeha, and the Town of Waimeha Extension No. 1, being part of Subdivisions 14C, 76A, and 76B, Ngarara West A Block, Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, and being the whole of the land marked as a recreation reserve on deposited plans 6570 and 7462, and coloured red thereon.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 10-3 perches, more or less, situated in the Town of Waimeha, being part of Subdivision 14C, Ngarara West A Block, and part of a closed road, Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, and being the whole of the land marked as a recreation reserve on deposited plan 9351, and coloured red thereon.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Lots 135, 136, and 137 on a plan numbered 15561, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 420, folio 254: Bounded towards the west by Hodgson Street, 458-63 links; towards the north generally by Whakauru Stream; towards the north-east by Great South Road, 265 and 134-57 links; and towards the south by Chambers Street, 1177-49 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/825A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
