Piako County

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:
A. R. P. Being
2 2 18 Lot 5, D.P. 25216, being part Te Pae-o-tu-rawaru
No. 2 Block; coloured yellow.
2 0 29·7 Part Lot 2, D.P. 25216, being part Te Pae-o-tu-
rawaru No. 2 Block; coloured blue.
Situated in Block IV, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 32350.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119731, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1944.

Declaring Lands in the Otago Land District to be subject to the Pro-
visions of Section 23 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal
Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other
Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-
General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be
subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjust-
ments of leases and licenses to be carried into effect:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described
in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said
section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid
section twenty-three, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare, that from and after the date of gazetting hereof, the lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of
the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands
Disposal Act, 1939.

Declaring Lands in the Canterbury Land District to be subject to the
Provisions of Section 23 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal
Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other
Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-
General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be
