At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of August, 1944
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Edgar Watson,
Edward Arthur Collins,
Herbert Edward Huwiler,
John Joseph Horgan,
Burton Spray Coupe,
Samuel Agnew, and
George Mohammad Sayed
to be the Punehu Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hall, Te Kiri, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE
PUNEHU DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT SECTIONS 1, 2, 5, 6, and 41, Punehu Village, Block XI, Opunake Survey District : Area, 7 acres, more or less.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Argyle Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of August, 1944

HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the tenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz:—
“The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the eastern side of Argyle Street adjoining the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 145, folio 53”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Argyle Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Argyle Street, fronting part Lots 403 and 404, D.P. 2, part Rural Section 79. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119750, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Wade Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the south-western side of Wade Street fronting Lot 1, D.P. 3235, part Section 1, Harbour District”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Wade Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Maxwell Road and the Western Side of Portion of Scott Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of August, 1944

HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz.:—
“The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of Maxwell Road and western side of Scott Street adjoining parts Allotments 428, 429, 430, 431, and 583 of Section 1, Omaka, Borough of Blenheim, and contained in Certificates of Titles 37, 283, 35/28, 35/31, 36/56”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Maxwell Road and the western side of the portion of Scott Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
The south-eastern side of all that portion of Maxwell Road situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, fronting part Lot 428, parts Sections 429 and 430, and part Lot 431, Town of Blenheim, Part 1, Omaka.
Also the western side of all that portion of Scott Street in the said land district and borough, fronting part Lot 431, part Section 430 and part Lot 583, Town of Blenheim, Part 1, Omaka.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119171, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
