A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods 12ยท2 perches. Adjoining part Lot 1 and Lot 2, D.P. 13838, being parts Allotments 136 and 137 and Lot 2, D.P. 29007, being part Allotment 165, Matata Parish.
Situated in Block III, Awa-o-te-atua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32178.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119727, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District--viz., Portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 42 of the seventeenth day of the same month at page 1459, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2568, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District--viz., portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road--in so far as it affects Lot 27, D.P. 7262, being part of the Native Land Court Subdivision known as Pukerua 3c 1a, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 499, folio 281 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 50 of the seventh day of the same month at page 1595, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2702, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District--viz., deviations of the Ngahauranga Gorge Section of the Wellington-Tawa Flat Main Highway--in so far as it affects the area 1 rood 17ยท2 perches, being part Subdivision B of Sections 8 and 9, Ngahauranga Native Reserve, Block XII, Belmont Survey District, D.P. 12519, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 493, folio 7 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
