CORRIGENDUM
WITH reference to the notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 58, dated 13th July, 1944, relative to Officers
authorized to take and receive Statutory Declarations, for “Reginald
Stanley Vliestra”, substitute “Reginald Stanley Vlietstra”.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—
Being
Part Hinuera No. 2 Block ; coloured blue.
0 0 39 Part Lot 3, D.P. 3299, being part Hinuera No. 2
Block; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block XI, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 32176.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119820, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1944.
