EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 447, folio 199 (Canterbury Registry), for Section 5, Wharenui Hamlet, situate in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, whereof MILSON ROSSER, of Christchurch, Railway Employee, is the registered proprietor, and of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Lease 8676, affecting certificate of title, Vol. 290, folio 106, and part of certificate of title, Vol. 131, folio 20 (Canterbury Registry), whereof DAVID JAMES McINTYRE, of Ashburton, Farmer (now deceased), is the registered lessee, together with applications for a new certificate of title and a provisional memorandum of lease in lieu thereof respectively, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional memorandum of lease at the expiration of fourteen days from 17th August, 1944.
