PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Oaonui Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District, containing 96 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, situate in Block XI, Motatau Survey District, and called or known as Motatau 2, Section 59A (part).
