Paragraph 1: By omitting the words “4 years of age and under 14 years of age”, and substituting the words “4 years of age and under 15 years of age”.

By adding to the list of articles specified in paragraph 11 the following:—
Adding machines, not packed in wooden cases.
Cash registers, not packed in wooden cases.
By omitting from paragraph 13 the words “No consignment exceeding 2 cwt. in weight or 20 cubic feet in measurement will be accepted under the provisions of this paragraph”, and substituting the following:—
“The provisions of this paragraph will not apply to any weight or measurement in excess of 2 cwt. or 20 cubic feet respectively per consignment.”
