and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the
office of the Department of Health at Auckland.

of MILLS, DICK, AND COMPANY, LIMITED.
IT was resolved, on the 24th day of July, 1944, under section 300,
subsections (1) and (3), of the Companies Act, 1933—
"That the company go into voluntary liquidation as from
the 1st day of August, 1944, and that ALEXANDER SLIGO, of the
City of Dunedin, Secretary, be appointed liquidator."
