At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of February, 1944

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Bay of Islands County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 2 acres 1 rood 38 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments part 177, 178, 179, 229, and 230, Kawakawa Parish, and Section 1.

Situated in Block VIII, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30311.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Portion of Dunstan Street, in the Borough of Otaki, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1944

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Otaki Borough Council on the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, in so far as it affects the side and portion of the street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—

“ That the Otaki Borough Council declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of Dunstan Street, Otaki, upon which abuts that piece of land containing 1 rood 1·3 perches, more or less, being Lot 38, Deposited Plan No. 633, Waitohu Survey District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Dunstan Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Otaki, known as Dunstan Street, and fronting Lot 38, D.P. 633. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Wynyard Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of February, 1944

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Wynyard Street adjoining Lots 24, 25, and 26, D.P. 390, Block VI, Township of South Dunedin, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 190/251 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Wynyard Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Wynyard Street, fronting Lots 24, 25, and 26, D.P. 390, Township of South Dunedin, and being part Section 2, Block VII, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118461, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz. :—

“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western side of portion of Nayland Road adjoining part Section 79, Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District, C.T. 60/112 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of portion of Nayland Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE north-western side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Nayland Road, fronting part Section 79, Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz. :—

“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby, by resolution, declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the north-eastern side of Mary Street, adjoining the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 279, folio 168 ” ;
