IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:

Being part Section 147, Taratahi Plain Block.
Situated in Block VII, Tiffin Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly

in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District-viz., Portion
of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 42 of the seventeenth day
of the same month at page 1459, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Wellington as No. 2568, defining the middle-line of a road
in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District-viz., portion of
the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road-in so far as it affects the area
of 20-7 perches situate in the Township of Pukerua Extension No. 2,
being part of the Native Land Court Subdivision known as Pukerua
3c la, and being also part Lot 19 on D.P. 5508, and being the balance
of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume
311, folio 137 (Wellington Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
