NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Midland Brewery Co., Ltd., held at 3 p.m. on the 23rd June, 1944, in Manson and Barr's Buildings, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, of which due notice had been given, the following special resolution was carried:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. A. E. MANSFORD, Public Accountant, Palmerston North, be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 26th day of June, 1944, it was resolved, by special resolution—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily as a members' winding up, and that ALBERT EDGAR PALMER, of Hastings, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WIN DING UP
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of members of The Glenmore Brick and Tile Manufacturing Company, Limited, held on the 20th day of June, 1944, the following special resolution was passed, namely :—
“That a declaration of solvency having been filed pursuant to section 226 of the Companies Act, 1933, the company be wound up voluntarily; and that WILLIAM SAMUEL NEWBURGH, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, and ARTHUR HAMILTON CAVELL, of Christchurch, Solicitor, be and they are hereby appointed liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
