EVIDENCE having been lodged of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 11671 (Gisborne Registry), affecting all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 32, folio 123, whereof EDWIN LEWIS, of Gisborne, Accountant, is the mortgagor, and THE STATE ADVANCES CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND is the mortgagee, and application having been made to register a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the outstanding copy thereof in terms of section 40, Land Transfer Act, 1915, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such discharge accordingly after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION
In the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908, and the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE NEW ZEALAND HOME SERVICE ASSOCIATION (INCORPORATED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the above-named society, duly convened and held on the 9th day of May, 1944, a resolution passed on the 5th day of April, 1944, was duly confirmed. The purport of the said resolution is as follows:—
"That above association be wound up, and that the membership, assets, and liabilities of the association be transferred to the New Zealand Home Servicemen's Association (Auckland Branch) when incorporated, and, further, that Mr. H. A. STEADMAN, Solicitor, Auckland, be appointed liquidator."

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned CLOVIS ELLIOTT SISSON and LESLIE REGAN SISSON, under the style and name of "C. E. and L. R. Sisson," of Papanui, Christchurch, Orchardists, has been dissolved as from the 24th day of March, 1944, by mutual consent, from which date the said Leslie Regan Sisson ceased to have any interest in the said business. Any debts owing by or to the said partnership business will be discharged or received (as the case may be) by the said Clovis Elliott Sisson, who will continue to carry on the business as the sole proprietor thereof under the style and name of "C. E. Sisson, Orchardist, Papanui, Christchurch."
