bequeathed to the late Reverend Kennedy Elliott, to be applied
by him in such manner as he might think best for home or foreign
missions, be and the same was thereby approved.

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of
P. GRAHAM AND SON, LIMITED, a duly incorporated private
company having its registered office in the City of Christ-
church.
NOTICE is hereby given that an Order of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand dated the 21st day of December, 1943, con-
firming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company
from £60,000 to £40,000, and that the minute (approved by the
Court) showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered
the particulars required by the above statute, were registered by the
Assistant Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 22nd day
December, 1943. The said minute is in the words and figures
following :-
“ Minute
“ The capital of P. Graham and Son, Limited, henceforth is
£40,000 divided into 40,000 shares of £1 each, instead of the present
registered capital of £60,000 divided into 60,000 shares of £1 each.
At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of £1 per share
has been and is to be deemed paid up on the whole of the said shares.”
