Land taken for Electrical Works (Distribution Station) in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electrical works (distribution station) and shall vest in the Auckland Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 39·15 perches.
Being part of the land reclaimed from the sea, known as the Eastern Reclamation, comprised in C.T. 761/65.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 33051.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118347, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1944.

Land proclaimed as Street in Putaruru Town District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 5·15 perches.
Being road reserve on D.P. 18927, being part Mangakaretu No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block VI, Patetere North Survey District (Town District of Putaruru) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31590.)


In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117099, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

0 1 34 Part Allotment 51, Maungataniwha East Parish; coloured red.

ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 51, Maungataniwha East Parish; coloured green.

All situated in Block VI, Maungataniwha Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 30205.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118017, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1944.
