The Invercargill Milk Delivery Scheme, 1941, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,*
the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Invercargill Milk Delivery
    Scheme, 1941, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with
    and deemed part of the Invercargill Milk Delivery Scheme, 1941†
    (hereinafter referred to as “the principal scheme”).
  2. Clause 3 of the principal scheme is hereby revoked and the
    following substituted:—
    “3. The persons entitled to deliver the commodity in the
    district and the extent to which they are so entitled are as follows:—

Excluding Land from the Mohaka Development Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native
Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native
Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day
of September, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 69 of the
5th day of October of the same year at page 2482, whereby
the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931
(now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936)
were applied to, inter alia, the said land described in the
Schedule hereto, and such land is hereby excluded from the
Mohaka Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court
District, containing 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, called or
known as Mohaka A 15A (formerly known as Mohaka 12A
(part)), and situate in the Mohaka Survey District.

Excluding Land from the Heretaunga Development Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native
Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native
Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 16th day
of August, 1938, and published in Gazette No. 62 of the
18th day of the same month at page 1882, whereby the said
land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the
Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby
excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.
