PURSUANT to the provisions of paragraph 19 of the Debenture Trust Deed bearing date the 23rd March, 1939, and made between the company of the one part and East Coast Permanent Trustees, Limited (as trustee for debenture-holders), of the other part, Ihungia Farming Company, Limited, hereby convenes a meeting of the debenture-holders, in respect of the issue of a series of fifty-eight first debentures for an aggregate amount of £64,000, to be held at the registered office of the company, Waimana Street, Tokomaru Bay, on Friday, the 31st day of March, 1944, commencing at 11 a.m., for the purpose of transacting the following business:—

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass resolutions to be submitted to the meeting providing for the immediate redemption by the company at par of the whole of the debenture issue.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION EXTENDING SUBURBAN AREA AS DEFINED IN THE WELLINGTON CITY AND SUBURBAN WATER-SUPPLY ACT, 1927

IN pursuance of section 36 of the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Act, 1927, and of the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Amendment Act, 1930, and in pursuance of a resolution passed on the 10th day of March, 1944, by the Hutt County Council, being the local authority having jurisdiction in the County of Hutt, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves to extend the suburban area as defined in the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Act, 1927, by including therein that part of the County of Hutt described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

(a) The whole of the Taupo Riding of the Hutt County.
(b) The whole of the Horokiwi Riding of the Hutt County.
(c) That part of Section 196 of Block IV of Belmont Survey District which is not already included in the suburban area, together with the area which lies between the prolongations of the northern and southern boundaries of the said Section 196 until they meet the eastern boundary of the Hutt River, and those parts of Sections 196A and 197 which are not already included in the suburban area.
