A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SECOND SCHEDULE
STREET CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 0·4 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 3, D.P. 27609, being part Section 12, and being part land in Proclamation 10943 and part Section 12 on D.P. 26839; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District (Borough of Whakatane) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32236.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118691, deposited in in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
