Glacier and Douglas Glacier, to the summit of Trig. Station, Mount

along the summit of Arrowsmith Range, passing through Trig.
Stations, Couloir Peak and Jagged Peak, Blocks XIII and IX,

commencing at a point on the summit of Trig. Station, Mount
Whatno, Block V, Okuku Survey District; thence in a southerly
direction along the watershed between the sources of the Waitohi
River and Okuku River to its junction with the south-western
boundary of the County of Waipara (New Zealand Gazette, 1930,
page 2015); thence north-westerly along that boundary to a point
due west of Trig. Station, Mount Whatno, aforesaid; thence easterly
along the watershed at the source of the Seaward River to the
summit of the said trig. station, the point of commencement.

That portion of the County of Waipara, bounded by a line
commencing at a point on the summit of Trig. Station, Block Hill
(L), Block X, Okuku Survey District, the said trig. station being
on the south-western boundary of the County of Waipara (New
Zealand Gazette, 1930, page 2015); thence north-easterly, southerly,
and south-westerly along the watershed between Waitohi and Okuku
Rivers and the north and middle branches of the Waipara River,
passing through Trig. Station, Gola Peak (G), Block VI, Okuku
Survey District, to its junction with the boundary of the County
of Waipara aforesaid; thence north-westerly along that boundary
to the point of commencement.

That portion of the County of Ashley, bounded by a line
commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the County

south-west of Trig. Station, The Brothers (P), Block XI, Okuku
Survey District, on the watershed east of Okuku River; thence
generally southerly and easterly along the said watershed passing
through Lees Pass, Trig. Station I, Block XV, Okuku Survey
District, along the summit of Okuku Range, through Okuku Pass
to the summit of Trig. Station, Mount Karetu (N), Block VIII,

commencing at a point on the sea-coast in line with the southern
boundary of Reserve 4345, Block VIII, Teviotdale Survey District,
being a point on the eastern boundary of the County of Kowai
(New Zealand Statutes, 1911, pages 253-4); thence westerly by
a right line across the road reserve to and along the said southern
boundary of Reserve 4345 to a public road; thence northerly by
that road to its junction with Webb’s Road; thence north-westerly
along that road to the north-eastern corner of Rural Section 11470;

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Soil
Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, and of every
other power in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the North Canterbury
Catchment Board shall consist of ten elective members and five
non-elective members, and that the number of such elective members
to be representative of each separate constituent district or combined
district within the catchment district on the said Board shall be
