Land taken for a Public School in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 23ยท2 perches.

Being part of the land on D.P. 11911, being part Te Umuhau Block.

Situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32130.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118173, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of February, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Situated in Block X, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8025.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118855, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of February, 1944.

Land taken for Street in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9ยท25 perches.

Being part Section 101, Town of Wellington.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21073.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of February, 1944.
