Recreation Reserve in Otago Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Hawea Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Hawea Domain Board.

Present: THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ngariimu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Thames County, situated in Block I, Thames Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 22-6 perches, more or less, being Lot 26 on D.P. No. 29453, being parts of Matuku, Pukauere, Tanewaharahi No. 1 and Uringahu Blocks, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 573, folio 209, and Volume 483, folio 159 (Auckland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1113, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking the Reservation over Reserves in Westerfield Survey District, Canterbury Land District

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for gravel-pit purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said lands being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Hawarden Memorial Hall Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1944
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the period for which the control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto (being a reserve for a site for a memorial hall) was vested in the Hawarden Memorial Hall Board, as constituted by an Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, for five years from the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, to the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, and doth hereby declare that the provisions of the said Order in Council shall continue in force for the said extended period.

SCHEDULE
CANTEBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 33-6 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 4112, situated in the Township of Hawarden, Block VII, Waipara Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Lot 7 on Deposited Plan No. 7103, 272 links; towards the east by Lot 9 on said Deposited Plan 83-49 links; towards the south by a right-of-way 1 chain wide, 232-45 links; and again towards the south-west by the Horsley Downs - Waikari Road, 92-4 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for a public hall: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in a special Board as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, for the period of five years from the date hereof (unless previously amended or revoked under the said Act), in the under-mentioned persons, namely:--
