TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A PUBLIC ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the statutory powers vested in it by the Counties Act, 1920, and by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public road.
Any person objecting to the taking of the said land must lodge his or her objection in writing at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga, before the 21st day of February, 1944.
A copy of the S.O. plan No. 31302 showing the area of the land proposed to be taken is deposited at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga, and may be inspected there at any time during office hours.
SCHEDULE OF LAND
ALL that piece of land containing thirty-five perches (35 perches), being part of Kaitimako G Block, Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, as shown on the aforesaid plan and coloured purple.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the statutory powers vested in it by the Counties Act, 1920, and by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a quarry.
