Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Horace Brewer Robb, of the Public Trust Office, New Plymouth, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, New Plymouth, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous Warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.

Price Order No. 184 (Amending Price Order No. 177 (Tomatoes))
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 184, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 177† (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

This Order shall come into force on the 15th day of January, 1944.

The Schedule to the principal Order is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Auckland Provincial District” the words “(exclusive of the Cook County and that portion of the Wairoa County that is within the Auckland Provincial District)”, and by inserting after the words “Hawke’s Bay Provincial District” the words “(including the whole of the Wairoa County) and the Cook County.”
Dated at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1944.
