The Hamilton Bread Delivery Scheme, 1943, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Bread Delivery Scheme, 1943, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Bread Delivery Scheme, 1943* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal scheme”).

Clauses (2) and (3) of the principal scheme are hereby revoked and the following clauses substituted :—
“ (2) For the purpose of assisting in the administration of this scheme there shall be a committee as follows :—
“ Hamilton Bread Zoning Committee—
“ (a) Six members appointed by the Auckland Master Bakers’ and Pastrycooks’ Association :
“ (b) One member appointed by the Minister :
“ (c) The Zoning Officer for North Island.
“ (3) (a) The members to be appointed by the Auckland Master Bakers’ and Pastrycooks’ Association under clause (2) of this scheme shall be appointed by resolution of the Association as soon as may be after the coming into force of this scheme.
“ (b) Any committee member appointed by the said Association may in like manner be removed from office.”

The Temuka and Area Commodities Delivery Notice 1943, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Temuka and Area Commodities Delivery Notice 1943, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Temuka and Area Commodities Delivery Scheme, 1943* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal scheme”).

Paragraph (c) of clause (6) of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking the words “Gapper and Sheen, Ltd., of Seadown,” and substituting therefor the following words :—
“ The Canterbury Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Temuka.”

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942—Extension of Application of Part IV
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 19 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby declare that the provisions of Part IV of the said regulations do henceforth apply to all persons employed in tramway services operated by the New Plymouth Borough Council.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration

NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of the Wellington Domestic Servants’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1490, situated at Wellington, after the expiration of six weeks from the date of this notice, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Waiapu Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, situate in Block IX, Waiapu Survey District, containing 203 acres 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, and known as Ahikouka B 5, being all the land comprised and described in the certificate of title, Vol. 92, folio 58 (Gisborne Registry).
