Land, and Right-of-way taken, and Crown Land set apart for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public works, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public work, together with the right-of-way appurtenant thereto created by Conveyance 361441 (Auckland Registry), in and over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and subject as to part to the right-of-way appurtenant to the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 544, folio 152 (Auckland Registry), created by Conveyance 361441, and that the pieces of Crown land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for public works; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
